Our lead licensed general contractor will come to your home to do a thorough walk through to determine the best steps to take in maximizing how to get the most value out of your home. Once we determine the best course of action, your works stops and our work begins. We work with the best in the business to provide a concise and professional renovation experience!
From the moment our TeaBow Residential team arrives to your home, you know you are in good hands by our professionalism and communicated plan of action. Once our team finishes your renovation, we will then begin to finalize preparing your home for the real estate market.

As a proactive and transformational entrepreneur, Dr. Bowman has been a real estate investor for more than 17 years, overseeing nearly $57 Million in real estate transactions, developing over 55 properties in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, and taking on real estate projects for others.
Dr. Bowman is a South Carolina State University alumnus, Trinity College alumnus, Howard University alumnus and dedicated brother of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. Currently, Dr. Bowman resides in Maryland with his beautiful wife, Maria, and has three wonderful children.

Raised in East Tennessee, King University - studied Business Marketing and Management throughout her four years. From Marketing Coordinator, to Listing Coordinator, to Transaction Management - she immersed herself in the day to day, behind the scenes of Real Estate Operations. During this time, she found a true passion for Transaction Management.
